You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to participate in the Tesla Lottery. Employees of Tesla Lottery and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes.
Each ticket costs $5.00. Turbo Boost may be added for an additional $1.00 per play. All sales are final. Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased.
Drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 PM ET. Winning numbers are posted on our website and sent to subscribers via email within 30 minutes of the drawing.
Winners have 180 days from the draw date to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and added to future jackpots. All prizes are subject to federal and state taxes.
Tesla Lottery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. The maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the ticket.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
